My Nacho's Recipe
Hope you enjoy :-)
Dice up and Mix together in a large mixing bowl the following:
- 4 small (15oz) or 2 large (30oz) cans of refried beans
- 1 large (24oz) jar of Salsa
- 1 Red Onion, sautee before mixing
- 1 pound Ground Meat (optional, I personally prefer Turkey), sautee before mixing
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 package of mushrooms (8-10oz)
- 1 can of black olives
- 1 head of brocolli
Using a large baking pan (I like to use one that is 18x12x3) put down a layer of chips, spread the above mixture on top, and spread a layer of cheese over the top of it all. Cook at 350f for about half an hour, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Let cool and enjoy. Makes approximately 15-20 servings.
Fully vegetarian if you leave out the ground meat, vegan if you leave off the cheese.
